Called me at 5:00pm saying my Wells Fargo card was frozen and asked me to press 1# for security... Ironically I pressed 1 because I was worried someone opened a card in my name. Asked me to put in the last 4 digits of my social I did then I realized this is more then likely a scam and hung up when it asked me to confirm. Can anyone think of what they can do with the last 4 digits of my social? and, How to protect myself against it? I assume they have my name and address if they have my phone number.

got a call at 6:34 am saying I was locked out of local credit union account. I hung up but I am sure that this is a scam of some type, so phone used beware this number..it is from a cell phone in minot, nd and some individual is wanting to spend some time in jail if you ask me.
My call came in at 2:08 AM....thought it was an death announcement on a family member...after all, it was 2:08AM.....Now I'm ticked!

Got a call yesterday afternoon and disregarded it. However....they've slipped. How many credit card companies call at 4:30 AM????? I answered it thinking it may be an emergency and it was them again! These calls are on my LAND line!
